although it was great to get away, it has been equally as great to be home and hanging out with the boys again. doing our ordinary, miraculous things. highlights so far this week:* no more pink eye
* (lowlight) another trip to the doctor with an eye injury, though. ikey hit jonah in the eye and he couldn't open it for a whole day. not a good week for eyes.
* jonah was very brave letting the doctor put dye in his eye and looking at it with a big purple light. he psyched himself up on the drive to the doctor by reiterating curious george's visit to see dr. gazund. and to keep his hands out of his eyes, jonah's doctor let him put plastic gloves on just like she did. when jonah was finished, the doctor asked him if he wanted to pick out a toy, but all he was worried about was if he got to keep the plastic gloves. and when we went to bapa and grandma karen's afterward, he told grandma karen that "his heart was broken, but the doctor fixed it".
* jonah finally got to go back to school after being gone a whole week. the first thing he got to do there was hold a baby chick! i wished i had my camera for sure.
* playing soccer at the park with daddy.
* perfect weather for walks around the block in the wagon.
and of course . . .

Aw. Usually blog music really "Boggers me" (as Brityn says :), but I LOVE the way you customize it to your posts! I have seen that 99 balloons video. Thanks for the reminder! ~Love-ya!
Fun to develop close relationships with your cousins. What better way then spending nights together.
