putting the kids' valentines together actually involved the children this year. jonah was home sick all week and did the majority of the assembling by himself. the other two were more of a hindrance-stealing candy, choking on it, then crying for more. beats doing it all by myself at 1am the night before.
i'm just hoping that if the kids give out meaningful valentines at school then they may get something in return besides the latest and trendiest virus. domo arigato, mr. roboto.
