go go gadget eggbeater

a couple months ago jonah got to go with daddy on his errands and came across some uber cool eggbeater in some random store. joe had to buy it for him because jonah was just so fascinated. at first he just liked to play with them, while i awaited a trip to the emergency room with his brothers fingers twisted up in the beaters. just recently he's discovered what they're actually for. he now is always looking out for a chance to beat eggs. he's helped me a couple of times making the french toast mixture and this morning he requested eggs for breakfast. i've never had much luck with getting him to eat eggs before so i took this opportunity. he made them almost entirely by himself. he cracked the eggs open with surprisingly few shell bits falling into the bowl. then he, of course, beat the eggs and added cheese, onions, salt & pepper and poured them into the pan. what a chef. they were even good. both the boys ate all that was on their plate and requested more.
