tonight after isaak [a.k.a. the baby who never sleeps] had already passed out amid all kinds
of noise, jonah and i were laying down watching a movie when he suddenly cries out,

"i can't see anything! my eyes, i can't see anything!"
"what's wrong with your eyes jonah?"
"they keep laying down all by themselves and i can't see anything."
"well just let them," i said, "and i'll snuggle you up while you go to sleep."
he instantly relaxed and just like that he was out in 30 seconds or less.
maybe we'll skipnaptime tomorrow, too.
