just a little bravado this morning as i eat my egg sandwich and take advantage of the wi-fi at a local morrisville cafe, the bee's knees-and it is. all local, homegrown, and homemade and within walking distance of andras' house- joe's old college buddy. a festival is brewing outside, but we're on our way to montgomery for a wedding at hazen's notch. so far we've driven through new york's adirondacks, parked our rental car on the essex ferry crossing lake champlain, and stayed up late with friends enjoying fine dining and local music.
