there are many things that have marked me as a mother. i have experienced that rite of passage we call pregnancy and child birth and have the stretch marks to prove it, i have not slept through the night in over 6 years, and changed more diapers than i can count, just to name a few...

and now i've reached a new bench mark. i've graduated from my mid-size SUV to a full-blown, bona fide mom car. with baby #3 approaching, we figured it was kind of a necessity and thanks to family, friends and the stars aligning, joe was able to make it happen.

me and the boys love our new ride and we can all agree that planting jonah and isaak in the 3rd row is best. now i can drive the kindergarten carpool, cut-off a larger percentage of cars while attempting to change lanes, and maybe even squash a motorcycle without hardly noticing. okay, so i'm working on those last two and if i can just find the button that raises the tinted, sound-proof partition, carpool and road trips should be a breeze.
