this is how i felt [knock on wood] about it.
as i mentioned before in this post and briefly in this one, i have had a problem with my 2 yr. old "diggin' for gold" as of late. if i was being totally honest with my blogger readers [all 5 of them] then you'd know that this has happened almost once [sometimes more] a day for the past month or so. i turn my back for a second* and i find the kid with the evidence on his hands and i have to follow the clues to ground zero. never before have i been so intimate with, nor has my life been so full of [poop]. i've thought that ever since i became responsible for other people [i.e babies, dogs, husbands] in this new phase of my life, but we've really outdone ourselves now, folks. thanks to my little ikey. i think this even surpasses jonah's potty training fiasco going on how many years now? until i came up with the einstein of an idea to just put a onesie on the kid with some pants over it making it near impossible for him to get to it. a onesie, that's all it took. a very simple answer to one of my most gruesome problems. yeah, it's not rocket science and it works. we haven't had an incident in almost a week now [knock on wood]. hallelujah.
