the boys will be putting a stiefel out tonight to see what sankt nikolaus has in store for them this year.

perhaps they should be fearing ruprecht instead of anticipating the good bishop.
what they should be hoping for is that sankt nik is not a blogger or somehow computer illiterate. since their thoughtful mother has recorded all major deeds on this here golden blog. it's the switches for you, boys. or is it?

That is so cool that you keep that tradition alive! Does it have to be a specific day each year? ... Yup, you do make it a little bit more anxious for the boys having their little naughties out on the web ;)
tanya - yes, st. nicholas day is dec. 6th every year. joe's mother is from germany and inspired this tradition for our kids. we love it, too!
