i am thankful

...for a holiday tradition to which i can really relate. [the fluid retention, seriously.]
images4
...that i am not an elephant or a blue whale. [i'm not, i'm not, i'm not.] even if i may feel like them, i know that i am human so, thanksgiving marks this baby girl at T-8 weeks. images3
...for this season's most perfect food-the california clementine. i eat about 2 bags of cuties a week, all by myself, and i don't even feel bad about it.

images5for their pleasing aroma,

peal-ability,

natural segmented-ness,

seedless-ness,

sweet and tanginess,

size and portability
[i even took them with me to see New Moon.]

...for a husband that is keeping up with my holiday paranoia. we're already decorated for christmas-house lights and all. [so, ppptthhhhbbt.] AND they're perfect this year. all bulbs are lit, matching and hung perfectly straight. all that's left is the hunt for the perfect tree when we get back from the Verde Valley.

...oh yeah, and for a couple other things, too. but that's just a given.

no matter what we may be struggling with, it's all those small things [and maybe a little perspective] that just add up into one big heap of grateful, right?
happy thanksgiving.

Oh, the beginning of that post brought a much needed smile to my face. . . and that last picture made me say "AAHHHH, faith and joe sitting next to each other as kids ;)". . . they are replicas!

I just bought some clemetines thanks to this post. I have been craving them ever since I saw the picture. Unfortunately, oranges and puking don't go well together. Can you post something more puke friendly so I can crave that instead?

yes, the clementines would've been way too acidic for me in the beginning.

the only thing i craved during the nauseous stage was sonic's ice. you know the round, balled ice. i would go buy a bag of it and keep it in the freezer.
